You Can’t Lose!
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your wines, then you can return them to us and we will refund the cost of the wine, with no quibble or fuss.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to contact us within 7 days of delivery to make a claim. The Delivery Charge and any costs incurred whilst returning the wines will not be refunded. You have the choice to send the wines back to us using your own mail service which will besignificantly cheaper or we can arrange collection via our couriers, APC. Please also note, you must contact us before retunring any wines. If you use our APC service to returm the wines, then we will deduct this amount from the refund total.

Please note; On some wines we state the current vintage that is known to us. However if this vintage changes, we will send out the latest version to you. We work very hard to provide our customers with update information, However sometimes one slips through the net. If a particular vintage is important to you, please get in touch and we will clarify the vintage we have available to us.
Also, please note that the pictures on this site are also as accurate as possible but are used as a guide only.
We quote up to 15 working days for delivery (Maximum). However we aim to get all orders to you as soon as humanly possible! Okay, our delivery is not the fastest in the industry but "The best things come to those that wait" as they say!
As we purchase everything direct and by avoiding the middle man, we can offer you all these great wines at the best possible prices.
Due to the large range of wines on offer here at Premium-Wines, we are unable to hold stock of all wines. We place regular orders from our importers, usually on 1st and 15th of each month. We still aim to get all wines out to you as quick as possible. As soon as they arrive in our warehouse, we pick & pack them and get them dispatched via our couriers APC the same day for next working day delivery.
If a deleivery date is important, email us first and we will confirm when we expect to be able to deliver your order to you.
Office Hours 09.00hrs til 20.00hrs Monday - Friday, (Closed all Bank Holidays) We will get back to you within 4-6 working hours.
i) The Delivery Charge and any costs incurred whilst returning the wines will not be refunded. Only the cost of the wine less return costs are refunded.
ii) Whist every effort is made to ensure all pricing is accurate; we reserve the right to withdraw any orders that have been inadvertently priced incorrectly.
